As a trauma therapist, I help you uncover, integrate, and rewrite the thoughts and feelings that keep you from living a full and empowered life. We explore feelings that arise in your body and notice their links to negative thoughts and past experiences. As we unpack feelings of shame and guilt, you can create a more positive narrative and build trust in yourself.
I have special interest in working with individuals on parenting, trauma, and psychedelic prep and integration. I have worked extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community and multicultural families in nontraditional structures. Iām proud to serve people of all genders, sexualities, ethnic heritages and differing abilities.
